We have spent time and energy putting together a weekend of yoga to provide good quality teaching. It is only right for us to spend the same amout of time and energy putting together menus to complement your practice.
We believe food is a vital part of a healthy practice. It should be fresh, tasty, wholesome, seasonal and delicious. The vegetarian meals at The Weekend Yoga Place are prepared by Maggie Cooper. She is a fantastic local cook who is inspired by the food of the region.
Maggie is one of the main contributors at the Brecks Food & Drink Festival, an annual celebration of food and drink from the Norfolk area. As well as being a fantastic cook Maggie is a rather wonderful baker too. All our tasty cakes, biscuits and truffles are made by Maggie's fair hands.
All meals are served in the dining room on the long table, complete with inglenook fireplace and window seating.
