Michael & Camilla met as students in Manchester.
They have practised and taught yoga for over 20 years. They moved to the bright lights of Norfolk after living in Cambridge, London and Tokyo.
Camilla is a Level 3 Iyengar yoga teacher. Her steps on the yoga road started in the early 90s, and her teaching style is dynamic and playful. Off the mat, she has a PGCE in post-16 education and an MA in Creative Writing. She's published work in The Guardian, Observer, Gal-dem, and her short stories have been featured in an anthology of new writers.
Michael is a Level 3 Iyengar yoga teacher and an acupuncturist. He has a BSc(Hons) in Acupuncture and a BA in politics and sociology. He has experience working in the NHS and teaching in Higher Education. Michael has spent years studying the body through yoga, acupuncture and massage. He is fascinated by the potential of the body/mind and how yoga can transform our sense of self.
Camilla and Michael believe teaching and learning are most effective when served with a good dollop of humour!
