They have practised and taught yoga for over 20 years. They moved to the bright lights of Norfolk after living in Cambridge, London and Tokyo.
Camilla is a Junior level 3 Iyengar yoga teacher. Her steps on the yoga road started in the early 90s. Her teaching style is dynamic and playful. She aims to take you on an inward journey to challenge perceptions in the body and mind. Off the mat, Camilla has a PGCE in post 16 education and an MA in Creative Writing. She's published work in The Guardian, Observer, Gal-dem, and her short stories have been featured in an anthology of new writers.
Michael is a Junior level 3 Iyengar yoga teacher and an acupuncturist. He has a BSc(Hons) in Acupuncture and a BA in politics and sociology. He has experience working in the NHS and teaching in Higher Education. Michael has spent years studying the body through yoga, acupuncture and massage. He is fascinated by the potential of the body/mind and how yoga can transform our sense of self.
Camilla and Michael believe teaching and learning are most effective when served with a good dollop of humour!
